Are the product all ready stock?
Stocks will be updated every 24 hour. You can check out without hesitate. For SOLD OUT items, can be pre order and will be arrive around 3 weeks.
Do you provide International delivery?
No, We only do a dosmetic delivery which it's only to Indonesia. And it's delivered from Batam and Tanjung Pinang.
How long you take to send the product? or is there using a perorder method?
We will send the product once a day at 1PM (GMT+7) without minimum order. Except holiday or sunday.
The product will be send after payment.
We also open PO for those items that not in stocks.
What are your delivery options?
We have two options.
1. JNE REG : delivered around 1 - 3 days. Depends of the destination. Most delayed delivered just until the seventh days.
2. JNE OKE : delivered around 3 - 5 days. Or even more days. This option takes longer time than JNE REG.
How do I track my order?
